i recently stayed at le bosphorus hotel, waqf safi for 11 nights and was really impressed. everything exceeded my expectations, especially the cleanliness and the warm welcome i received from the staff. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the masjid nabawi and other amenities.
the shower drain was occasionally blocked.

I was appalled by the lack of communication from the staff. When I reported issues with my room, they were dismissive and unhelpful. The amenities promised were also not available or poorly maintained.

Yo, had an awesome stay! The staff are super chill, especially Lulu at the front desk—she hooked us up right from the jump. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfy. We could see the mosque from our window. They even handed us roses and zamzam water—talk about hospitality!
